Listen to your body knows best. Secondly, a view of yoga is nothing to stop the decline.
Never go swimming in the sea, or prohibiting the movement and leads to contraction of the unit system. Hot water can improve circulation and relax the muscles, but it is not in a pool or beach.
Remember that the body energy very specific applications at this time for internal cleaning and preparing the uterus for the impregnation. Do not perform strenuous activity that directs energy to other parts of the body or the soul. Moderate exercise or normal daily activities, adding activities are held to flow of energy metabolism and circulation.

If you suffer from cramps during their periods, the exercise really quiet. I do not think that there is something to be avoided. Menstruation is not a handicap.

Okay, and really make you feel better. Avoid anything with abdominal bending or leaning back - it's a lot of these things in the gym and yoga. The idea is that you do not want to limit the blood flow to and from the abdominal area anyway.

If not, you can suffer convulsions, I think it would be nice. But even if you do not experience cramps during menstruation can also cause a dull pain, if your exercise is very strict. Few exercise do not go overboard. Rate. Jogging .. It is a good idea and going. Would not recommend, pushups, sit-ups and squats.

There is no reason for not exercising during the period. Regular exercise also helps relieve colic. Only if you want, is especially menstruation.
